In addition to his CFO work, Jason is the CEO of Ripple Behavior Solutions, a mission-driven organization in the behavioral health space, where he focuses on aligning leadership, culture, and financial structure to drive long-term stability and impact. Across both roles, Jason partners with owners and leadership teams to strengthen cash flow, align financial strategy with the owner’s vision, and build businesses that are easier to run and more valuable over time.
Jason holds the CMA, CSCA, and CEPA® designations and brings deep experience in scaling businesses, navigating turnarounds, and preparing companies for exit by translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insight leaders can trust.
